From team-based bootcamps to strength and mobility training, we run a full schedule of daily classes at our fitness retreat in Sri Lanka. Led by our expert trainers and backed by our trademark Massive energy, workouts are what we do best. Classes can book up quickly, so we recommend securing your spot well in advance.
What to expect.
Ready to push yourself in paradise? From high-intensity classes and team drills to functional strength and mobility workouts, we support a wide range of training styles at our dedicated fitness facility on the south coast of Sri Lanka.
Our tropical workouts are challenging but inclusive. Whether you’re a bootcamp beginner or a cardio pro, our specialist trainers will lead you through exercises that take your training to the next level.
Don’t know your box jump from your bear crawl? We’ve all been there. Our trainers walk through every exercise before each class – and they’re always on hand to suggest variations. Our supportive exercise sessions are designed to safely shift your fitness up a gear. We count effort, not reps.
Yes, there will be burpees. And yes, you will sweat buckets. But you’ll be part of a like-minded crew we call the Makahiya Massive. Paired with a punchy playlist, there’s no better motivation. We’re all about energy and encouragement, so bring both of those (plus a bottle of water) and you’re sure to smash your goals.
