The Studio.
You’ll climb fewer steps to reach our Studio than Adam’s Peak, but the views are nearly as breathtaking. Perched at the highest point of the Makahiya retreat, our open-sided exercise space offers stunning tropical vistas, including paddy fields, palm trees, and distant hills. Here, you can join a variety of classes, such as HYROX, boxing, and mobility sessions. The space is also equipped with RowErgs, SkiErgs, and boxing bags. On a clear day, you might even spot Sri Pada on the horizon.

The Outdoors.
Come rain or shine, our floodlit outdoor workout platforms are the perfect place to push yourself. Ideal for individual exercise, PT sessions or our gnarly group bootcamps, the Upper and Lower Platforms offer plenty of space to exercise outside. Go big with a bodyweight workout, build muscle using our huge range of outdoor equipment or join one of our regular team workouts for a high-intensity mix to make you feel the burn.

The Pool.
Keen to make a splash in Sri Lanka? Take the plunge with our infinity pool. Fringed by scenic greenery, the 16-metre length makes Makahiya’s big blue bath great for swim sessions. It’s also home to our unique underwater workouts, which challenge you to get comfortable being uncomfortable through a range of carefully curated exercises. Or just dive in to cool off: it’s the ultimate way to reward your aching body.

The Therapies.
ICE BATH
A cold shower might seem appealing after a sweaty day in Sri Lanka, but our ice bath will take your recovery to the next level. Cold water immersion can accelerate your recovery and prevent muscular swelling after an intense workout. Ask us about ice bath sessions supervised by our expert trainers.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Take a bumpy tuk-tuk ride and your body will receive a backseat bruising. Looking for more effective pressure therapy? We have specialists on hand to offer deep-tissue sports massages.
